“Working with AAI was an awesome experience. They were on top of everything, communication was great, and they did an excellent job advising me on the best options to help secure our commercial property. Matt and his team made the entire process feel easy and were always available whenever I had questions. Since then, I’ve referred other clients to them and they’ve had the same great experience. If you’re looking for a strong commercial lending team that communicates well and gets things done, I’d highly recommend them.”

I’ve utilized AAI multiple times over the years and have always appreciated their professionalism, communication, and ability to deliver results. They offer a wide range of financial resources and support, while still making the process feel personal and straightforward. I would confidently recommend AAI to anyone looking for a trusted and capable lending partner.”

“I’ve known Matt since our time together at Solarity Credit Union. When I moved into real estate brokerage and he launched AAI Financial Group, it was a natural fit — I trust him to handle the financing side for my clients. I can call Matt or his team and get a straight answer in time to close, with everything buyers and sellers need to move forward. Sending a client to AAI is one of the easiest decisions I make.”
