Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

AAI Financial Group, LLC (“AAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to aaifg.com and loans.aaifg.com.

If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at info@aaifg.com or by mail at 819 S 72nd Ave, Yakima, WA 98908.

Who we are

AAI Financial Group is a commercial loan brokerage. We help borrowers arrange financing by preparing their file and presenting it to lenders in our network. We are a broker—we arrange financing; we are not a lender and we do not make loans ourselves.

What information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on our site, you provide information such as your name, email address, and phone number. If you move forward with us, we later collect additional information relevant to a financing request, which may include financial and business details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use this for analytics and advertising as described below.

Information about how you reached us. If you come to us through one of our advertising campaigns, we collect information about which campaign referred you. We use this to understand which of our ads are working and to communicate with you appropriately.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • prepare and present your financing file to lenders in our network;
  • operate, maintain, and improve our websites;
  • understand how visitors use our sites and which of our advertising campaigns are effective; and
  • show relevant advertising to people who have visited our sites.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our websites use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

Google Analytics (GA4). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our sites—which pages are viewed, how people navigate, and general usage patterns. Google processes this data on our behalf. You can learn about Google’s practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited our sites (“remarketing”). This involves sharing certain information about your visit with Meta so that we can reach you with relevant ads on Meta’s platforms and elsewhere. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and through the advertising opt-out tools described in the “Your choices” section below.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of selling data for money. We share your information only as described here:

Service providers who help us operate. We use trusted third parties to run our websites and manage the information you submit. These include:

  • Gravity Forms—the tool that powers the forms on our websites.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)—our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where inquiries are stored and managed.
  • Elastic Email—email delivery for messages sent from our websites.
  • Mailgun—email delivery used by our CRM for communications sent to you after you become a contact.

Lenders in our network. To do the work you’re asking us to do—arrange financing—we present your file to lenders. This is the core service we provide, and it necessarily involves sharing the information relevant to your financing request with prospective lenders.

Advertising and analytics partners. As described above, Google and Meta receive information about your site visit for analytics and advertising purposes.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

How long we keep your information

We retain contact and inquiry information in our CRM for as long as it may be useful to serve you and to operate our business. Contacts are generally retained indefinitely unless you ask us to remove your information or opt out of contact. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@aaifg.com, and we will honor that request except where we are required to keep certain records by law.

Your choices

Opting out of contact. You can opt out of communications from us at any time. When you opt out of a particular channel—for example, email or text—we set that channel to “Do Not Disturb” in our system, and we will not contact you again through that channel.

Advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and through your account settings on Meta’s platforms.

Access and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@aaifg.com.

For California residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including:

  • the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share;
  • the right to request deletion of your personal information;
  • the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and
  • the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

Under California law, our use of the Meta advertising pixel for remarketing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out of this by adjusting your browser and cookie settings, using the advertising opt-out tools listed above, or by contacting us at info@aaifg.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children’s privacy

Our websites and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
